The basic topic of this book is- How can a person become the real owner of their life? Step by step, this book looks at different areas of life and shows how to practically master those areas for the greatest benefit and happiness. These areas include health, relationships, finances, emotional balance, intelligence and creativity, personal purposes, and one’s inner state- this is what we call ‘Integral Development’.
What we are presenting to accomplish this is the wisdom of one of the ancient Warrior lineages, known as Aharata or ‘Way of the Warrior’. Throughout the pages of this book, you will find simple and practical exercises to attain for yourself the experience of Aharata- which is not just a body of knowledge, but a whole way of being in the world for utmost personal, professional and spiritual prosperity.
Our focus is the source of true prosperity, happiness and success. We guide our journey with the following questions:
~What is true prosperity and happiness? How is it defined?
~What blocks prosperity and happiness from occurring (one main issue is that we are not actually or fully conscious in what we are doing)?
~How can one really attain prosperity and happiness?
So again, the essential purpose of Aharata and of this book is to understand how we can become the real owner of our lives.
The structure of the book is as follows:
Chapter 1: Personal Power- What is it? The different aspects/qualities of personal power. The different qualities of the chakras that represent personal power: Stability, Flexibility, Activity/Fire, Emotional Power/Inspiration, Intelligence, Concentration, Intuition/Connection with Essence.
Chapter 2: Cosmic Fire, the Source of Transformation- What is Cosmic Fire/Tapas? What are the positive appearances of this fire’s activity? Overcoming and transforming difficulties. What happens when this internal fire is not balanced? Cultivating and controlling this fire for maximum benefit.
Chapter 3: The Art of Interacting with Surrounding World- Theory of Sansa (sense contact). Understanding and utilizing Egregors. Classification of Egregors (supportive, suppressive, personal, familial, social, religious, etc.). Theory of influences (how we connect with something and receive different influences: positive and negative, mental, emotional, etc.).
Chapter 4: Types of Influences According to Chakra- Ajna (programming, dictating), Visshudha (manipulation), Anahata (different emotions), Manipura (pressure, demand, aggression), Svadisthana (sexual attacks/manipulation), Muladhara (physical threats). Understanding these influences and how to protect and preserve one’s energy/personal power. Connecting with Egregors that support self-development.
Chapter 5: Developing Personal Power- Simple and effective Aharata exercises to cultivate Personal Power. Examples of truly successful people and their methods of empowerment.
Chapter 6: Developing Consciousness in Decision-Making- How to understand what part of us is making decisions.
Chapter 7: Psychological Aikido- How humans interact. Living the theory of psychological aikido...life without triggers. The practice of life as a theater.
Chapter 8: Tree of Wishes- Understanding our purposes in connection to life destiny. What is a ‘real purpose’ and what is not? The hierarchy of purposes. The development of purposes. Blocks that remove our ability to achieve our purposes.
Chapter 9: Integral Success- Combining the knowledge and exercises in this book to become the true owner of our life. Living correctly to achieve success in all life areas (health, relationships, family, friends, talents, business profession, inner development, connection with life destiny).
~
Applying the knowledge and practices contained within this book, you will surely come back to your own life, to live it consciously, successfully, and in full happiness. This is the gift of Aharata to us, and we give this gift to you in great reverence and love.
